SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders may take 1-4 business days for processing before they ship from our warehouse.

For “Pre-order” items, check the shipping dates on the individual product description.

Shipping is complimentary for orders over $250, and $10 USD for orders under $250. 

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, usually between 2 - 7 business days from the date of shipment. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order information and details. Once order is processed and ready to ship, another email will be sent directly from our shipping partner USPS with tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

In the case of any delays or issues regarding your order, you will be notified by email. 

We do not deliver to PO Box or Freight Forwarder addresses. Orders to these addresses will be cancelled. 

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in different deliveries, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails. 

We currently ship within the US only.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If an item is not available at time of purchase, you will be notified by email and will be offered a replacement or refund. 

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order contact us immediately at customerservice@karlabshop.com. 

If your order has already been processed and shipped out, KARLA B SHOP accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, you may proceed and request a return or exchange within the first 3 days upon arrival to change incorrect items.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the clients incurring redirection fees. KARLA B SHOP reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

ORDER DETAILS & PAYMENTS


Order details are available in order confirmation emails, and in your Account for clients who were logged in when placing their order. Alternatively contact Customer Service via email customerservice@karlabshop.com for all Online Store and order enquiries. 

The following payment methods are accepted on the Online Store: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal. 

 

SALES POLICY 

Final sales are final, no returns or exchanges accepted. 

Gift cards are final sale and have an expiration date of 3 months.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 To request an exchange, you must complete the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS instructions on this page via email and once approved, send the desired items to be exchanged within the first 3 days after the arrival of your order. 

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days after merchandise is received and returned within 7 days. Items returned outside of their respective period will not be accepted.

The customer must send the desired items to return or exchange to the address sent via email using the preferred carrier, fully paid. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.

All requests are processed within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email with all the shipping and tracking information.

If you wish to return an item, KARLA B SHOP does not refund any money, only exchange for another item or return for store credit. KARLA B SHOP is not responsible for any shipping costs unless its a return of a damaged item. 

KARLA B SHOP is not responsible for any loss or damage occurred when returning the items.

  4. Date of purchase*
  5. Order number*
  6. Reminder: you have up to 3 days to request a return or exchange for the desired items and 5 days to send them to them back to our warehouse once form sent. 
  7. Reason for return or exchange*

 

Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. The articles must not have been used in photo shoots, Instagram posts, in any social network, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging sent with your order must be returned in perfect condition.

Once the items are received in our warehouse, our team will process the return or exchange within 3-5 business days and reserves the right to accept or reject if the items do not meet the above requirements. If these do not meet the requirements, the customer will be informed by email and the items will be returned.

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and the credit to use on future purchases.
